A: No problem. One-offs are accepted.

A: If it’s determined to have no value, it is donated.

Q: Will you return the pieces you don’t find valuable?
A: No, all items are irrevocable.
Q: Is there any additional value if I have the original boxes for the collectibles?
A: Yes, if the box is in good condition.
Q: What’s the best way to pack up my items?
A: Wrap your clean pieces (no tape, please), and carefully pack in stackable boxes that can be securely closed.
Q: Will my payment receipt include an itemized list of everything I give to you?
A: The payment receipt will be arranged into groups based on characteristics.
Q: How long will it take until I get a check?
A: Items are researched and valued in order of arrival. Once we receive delivery, a timeline will be communicated.
